Attention leaders and aspiring leaders – Shinese M. Collins transparently shares that she is in a season of being unboxed. From childhood, she saw that she would be in business and now serves in leadership roles. Her foundation that propelled her to move out of state was rooted in her family and her church. Both her career and church involvement utilize the same gifts and skill sets. As her job functions shifted, she used those roles within the church. For example, she would analyze on the job and within the local church the rationale for doing an event or activity to include its current relevance and effectiveness.
